So what does TMP consider to be good customer service? Firstly, positive relationships are built by understanding the customer's needs. Then, providing a relevant service that goes beyond pure delivery, ensuring that response is speedy and efficient. And last, but by no means least, taking ownership and going the extra mile.

Is there someone here at TMP who you'd like to see recognised for their customer service?

You might be thinking about the time they helped you get that last minute ad into The Guardian, making the deadline. Or maybe they gave you some sound media advice and negotiated a really good deal. Maybe they challenged and surprised you by suggesting a digital media option that you hadn't considered before - and it got you great results. Or perhaps they guided you through a creative campaign from brief to award. Maybe their consultancy skills helped you find the perfect candidate. Or maybe it's just as simple as, whenever you get in touch, they're always friendly, willing to help and do a great job every time.

Whatever you'd like to thank them for, it won't take long to complete the attached nomination form.

Judging will take place on October 8th, winners will be announced on the 9th and the awards will be presented on Friday 10th.
