We're all yours - and we're celebrating itNational Customer Service Week (NCSW) is a celebration of customer service professionalism. Since its launch back in 2001, it’s more than doubled in popularity - every year. And this year, TMP is just one of the many organisations worldwide who are proud to be part of NCSW - and we want to tell everyone about it. It’s a chance to raise awareness, and a chance to recognise and reward the hard work of employees. It’s also a time to boost customer commitment, and to have fun.

And, while we’re completely serious about what we do, we do like to have fun. (How many large organisations do you know whose values include ‘getting stuck in’?) Our brand values reflect our culture and, most importantly, our approach to customer service. It’s all about respect, honesty, ownership, going ‘outwards and forwards’ (taking our clients on innovative journeys) and, of course, customer focus. All solid bases for building strong, successful relationships with the people we work for and with.

Our people live these values every day, and NCSW gives us the perfect opportunity to celebrate this by recognising examples of outstanding performance in customer service across the business.

NCSW takes place between 6 – 12 October, and every day that week we’ll be doing something to celebrate. We’d like to invite our clients to join us by posting their positive comments on the Testimonials page.

We’ll be presenting awards in recognition for great customer service (internally as well as client facing) and nominations are welcomed both from clients and TMP staff. You’ll find nomination forms on the relevant pages of this site – so why wait?

You’ll also be able to read our CEO, Andrew Wilkinson’s blog. Each day that week, he’ll be talking about his customer service experiences in and out of TMP. Not only that, but we’ll be updating this site regularly from now, right though to the end of NCSW - so keep checking in for the latest news and events.
