Great customer service doesn’t just happen at the ‘client face’ – it happens ‘behind the scenes’ too. It’s all about Total TMP. After all, if everyone across the business is doing a great job, it helps the client facing people amongst us to keep our customers happy.

So why not take the time to give one of your colleagues the recognition they deserve?

Maybe they regularly stay late to do emergency amendments or send last minute artwork over to the press. Maybe they came up with some fantastic creative ideas that blew the client away. Perhaps they’ve helped you out more than once with those awkward financial queries. When ‘switching it off and on again’ didn’t work, someone came to your immediate rescue. Or maybe someone in HR or an admin role has always been there for you.  

Whichever area of the business they’re in, and whatever they’ve done to give you great customer service, maybe you’d like to thank someone. It won’t take long to complete the attached nomination form.

Judging will take place on October 8th, winners will be announced on the 9th and the awards will be presented on Friday 10th.
