We’re all busy working to give our clients the best possible service, so we understand that sometimes it’s easy not to notice what others around you are doing. But National Customer Service Week brings the ideal opportunity for TMPers to pause, take a look around, and think about our achievements.
Maybe there’s someone who regularly gets good feedback from clients and you think it should be shared, or maybe there’s someone you’d like to see get more recognition. Or maybe they’ve done something truly out of the ordinary in the name of customer service. It doesn’t have to be someone from your immediate team either.
So why not take the time to give one of your client facing colleagues the recognition they deserve? It won’t take long to complete the attached nomination form.
Judging will take place on October 8th, winners will be announced on the 9th and the awards will be presented on Friday 10th.
